Product Information:

This testing device conforms to UL486A-B clause 9.3.2.1, clause 9.3.2.3, clause 9.3.2.4 and table 26 and figure 6, IEC60947-1, etc.

Specimens and restrictions: Screw terminals, threadless terminals and connectors.

Test purpose: To examine whether the screw terminals and threadless terminals can withstand the mechanical stresses that occur during normal use. It is mainly used to judge whether the design and structure of the thread clamping terminal block meet the requirements of not excessively damaging the wire when clamping the wire.

Testing principle: Using guide rail screw structure. The number of tests can be preset before use. When the set value is reached, the machine will automatically stop and sound an alarm signal.

Mechanical Design:
Single test station driven by a precision servo system.
Double-hole rotating disc with Ø76mm rotation diameter.
Adjustable rotation speed (5–15 rpm), with UL486A-B requiring 9 rpm.
Test count (0–999999) and test duration (0–9999 min) can be set; auto-stop and alarm on completion.

Flexible Fixture System:
Centering and locking clamp suitable for terminal blocks up to 60×70×90 mm.
Quick-change design enables fast fixture replacement.
Additional 300×250 mm mounting plate, interchangeable with the main clamp.
Mounting distance adjustable up to 120 mm from rotation center.

Load and Height Adjustment:
Modular weight set provides 24 levels from 0.7 kg to 109 kg, including hook.
Manual height adjustment range: 250–800 mm, with scale markings.
Equipped with an electric lifting mechanism and large weight tray for stability.

Sample Accommodation:

Bushing diameters compatible with UL486A-B: 6.4 mm to 54 mm.
Supports terminal sample dimensions as per UL486A-B Table 26.

Power Supply:
Operates on single-phase 220V, 50Hz.
