Working principle:
Principle of modified atmosphere fresh-keeping packaging: the air
in the box is replaced by fresh-keeping gas, and the electrical
control system controls the cylinder of the execution system to
complete the steps of the lower mold in and out and the mold
separation, mold closing, heat sealing, film cutting and film
collection with the upper mold.
Put the box → press the switch → the lower mold enters (in place) →
the upper mold moves down and closes with the lower mold (in place)
→ remove natural air → fill with mixed fresh-keeping gas (N2, O2,
CO2, etc.) (completed) → seal and cut the film → deflate → separate
the upper and lower molds → exit the lower mold, eject the packaged
finished product → take out the finished product.
Ordinary sealing principle: upper and lower molds close → seal and
cut the film (completed) → exit the lower mold, eject the packaged
finished product.
Note: After deflation, the upper and lower molds are reset to
complete a working cycle.
Mixing ratio:
According to different food characteristics, gas mixers with
different gas types and fixed mixing ratios are provided.
It can also be upgraded to a ternary gas mixer at an additional
cost according to demand.
Precautions for Use:
1. Before using this machine, a grounding wire must be connected.
2. Pay attention to safety. Do not insert your hand into the
machine when it is in the standby or power-on state.
3. In case of emergency, press the red emergency stop button
directly.
4. When installing the sealing film, make sure to turn off the
power.
5. If it is the first time to seal, the temperature should be
increased gradually from low to high.
6. When placing the machine, make sure the four feet are level
first and the ground surface is solid.
7. Regularly add grease to the guide columns to reduce wear on
parts.
8. Clean up the hygiene every day, especially on the conveyor belt
and the motor.
9. If there is a malfunction, non-professionals are not allowed to
open the electrical box. Contact our after-sales service promptly.

Payment Method:
