Wisdom offers a variety of Sn-based alloy wires for use as coating feedstock material for the electric arc wire spray processes.
These materials are also abrasion resistant and antifriction. Generally providing well compressive strength, fatigue strength, bearing capacity, plasticity and impact strength, anti-seizing, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistant as well as little thermal expansion.
Application or Properties:
For use on heavy machinery such as high speed bearing bush of steam turbine, gas turbine and combustion engine
For use on components such as compression machine, ball grinding mill, beating machine bearing, bearing bush, steel rolling machine, dryer machine
Applications on bearings and bearing bush of ship machinery, chemical machinery, mine machinery, reduction gears and mechanical seal.

Packaging:Products are generally supplied in standard cardboard boxes, pallets, wooden boxes. Special packaging requirements can also be accommodated. (also depend on the customers' requirements)
For the Thermal spray wires , we pack the wires on spools. Then put spools into cartons, Then put the cartons onto pallet, or packing in drum or in the form of coil.
