In High Voltage Distribution Network, it usually causes the faults of flashover, grounding or porcelain explosion because of insulators degradation. So, it is important to detect and eliminate the faults of insulators, to ensure safe running of transmission and distribution line.

KS9001 Insulator Faults Detector is used to locate insulator faults in power plants and substation transmission lines under uninterrupted power state. It can also be used in partial discharge detection of electrical equipment, corona discharge detection, high voltage switch discharge detection and soon.

Detection items is as following,
