Product Introduction
Dryers are mainly used for drying materials with a certain humidity
or particle size in mineral processing, building materials,
metallurgy, chemical industry and other departments. Rotary dryers
have strong adaptability to materials and can dry various
materials. The equipment is simple and reliable, so they are widely
used. Luokuang series dryers are widely used in: iron oxide,
sludge, coke, pig iron filings, copper concentrate, silicon carbide

bentonite, kaolin, iron ore, lead concentrate, petroleum coke, gold

Structural features of dryers
This dryer is mainly composed of cylinder, large ring gear, pinion,
support wheel, retaining wheel, wheel belt, support wheel shaft and
other parts. The motor passes through the V-belt, through the
two-stage reduction of the reducer, and drives the large ring gear
through the pinion, so that the cylinder runs at the designed
speed, thereby drying the materials in the cylinder evenly.
Maintenance method
1. Check the hot flue gas temperature of the inlet of the rotary
dryer during normal operation, which is 700-800 degrees Celsius,
and the hot flue gas temperature of the outlet is 90-150 degrees
Celsius.
2. Check the roller and support wheel of the rotary dryer. Whether
the lubrication points of the support wheel bearing are filled with
enough oil
3. Whether the contact between the roller and the support wheel is
good, and the contact surface is not less than 70% of the width of
the roller
4. Whether there is any crack in the weld between the roller and
the pad, and whether there is any excessive wear between the roller
and the support wheel.
5. Whether the fastening bolts and anchor bolts of the rotary dryer
are loose or broken.
