Description

this system is also adaptable for various other PCB boards, working
with different sizes of spacers for versatile separation tasks. The
equipment is mainly divided into three categories: PCB strip
cutting machine, steering bidirectional conveying PCB V-CUT
machine, and PCB V-CUT machine.
Auto PCB Strip Cutting Machine: A flagship model developed and
produced by Meiding, this machine directly cuts PCBs with
soldermask applied, skipping the V-groove step and completing the
separation in one go.
Steering Bidirectional Conveying PCB V-CUT Machine: Ideal for V-cut
operations on various lighting fixture bulb PCBs, it cuts V-grooves
in two directions of the board in one pass.
Meiding's PCB separators feature high-quality, high-power motors,
along with multiple sets of super-strong anti-slip rubber rollers
for efficient board transportation. Water cooling technology
significantly extends tool life. Each machine can be customized
with spacers and protective rubber wheels based on customer board
thickness, ensuring smooth, burr-free cutting edges, maintaining
