This charging cable fits electric cars and plug-in hybrids with a
type 2 charging connector (e.g. Renault ZOE, Polestar 1/2, Mercedes
B-class electric Drive and Tesla Model S/X/3) and fits charging
stations with a type 2 outlet/contact. Drain holes in the bottom of
the charging gun/plug eliminate the plug from freezing in the
socket. The plug also is equipped with a rubberized handle for
better grip. The charging cable has a unique rubber compound that
has been tested in various climates and remains soft and easy to
handle even in sub-zero temperatures. At the same time, it is
robust and can withstand being run over.
