The CAT320 Center Joint Seal Kit utilizes reinforced PTFE as the
primary sealing material for wear resistance and low friction,
paired with rubber O-rings for elastic compensation and
bidirectional pressure adaptability. It operates under ≤30-40 MPa
pressure and withstands temperatures from -30°C to +120°C,
compatible with mineral hydraulic oils, fire-resistant fluids,
water, air, and most lubricants. Designed for CAT320 excavators and
compatible models (e.g., 320B/C/D), its bidirectional sealing
structure features circumferential grooves to retain lubrication
and reduce wear under dynamic rotations or oscillations. The kit
excels in harsh environments (dust, humidity) and requires
adherence to installation guidelines, including chamfer angles
(15-20°), to ensure optimal performance in hydraulic swivel joints
or rotating shafts.
