Product Component:
The bone saw machine is made of stainless steel 304. It is equipped
with a circular saw, a horizontal worktable, an electric control
panel and other components, and complies with food hygiene
standards.
Planar fuselage design, stainless steel sealing plates, meeting
food hygiene standards and easy to clean; stainless steel machine
doors, with specially treated surfaces, easy to clean and maintain;
saw belt tensioning device, facilitating the installation and
adjustment of the saw belt; saw belt stabilizing device, ensuring
the stability of the saw belt during cutting and preventing it from
moving; reinforced thickness adjustment plate design, facilitating
adjustment of the processing thickness and preventing shaking
during movement. Equipped with a safety pressure bar design,
enhancing work safety. The machine has excellent waterproof
performance, is easy to clean, and is safe and hygienic.
The workbench is made of 5mm stainless steel. The cutting width can
reach 220-240mm, and it supports a thickness adjustment range of
4-120mm. The cutting efficiency is up to 300-800kg/h. The typical
model's power range is 1.5-5KW, with voltage coverage from 220V to
380V. It is equipped with imported saw blades and energy-saving
motor design, and is suitable for cutting various materials such as
frozen meat, ice cubes, and nylon plastics.
