Product Features:
1.The drenched products pass through the equipment horizontally
without disturbing their arrangement.
2.The circulating pump simultaneously coats both the front and back
surfaces of the product.
3.Before operation, pour the prepared slurry into the slurry tank
(note: the slurry tank is equipped with a filter cover, and the
slurry depth must not be below the level of the filter cover).
Start the conveyor belt, activate the slurry pump, and adjust the
slurry inlet valve to control the flow. This ensures the spraying
system forms a uniform waterfall that fully covers the width of the
mesh belt, allowing the products to enter for sizing.
4.During the sizing process, adjust the mesh belt speed and the
position of the air knife as needed based on the coating effect.
This ensures that the products remain neatly aligned and are evenly
coated. The air volume can be regulated using the air volume
control valve on the air pipe to prevent excess slurry from
entering the next process and causing waste.
