This grinding jar is made from 3 mol% yttria-stabilized zirconia (3Y-TZP), ensuring exceptional mechanical strength and minimal contamination. The high-purity ceramic structure (>99.9% ZrO₂) prevents metal ion leaching, making it ideal for semiconductor and battery material processing.

Key Features:

• Hardness & Wear Resistance: With a Vickers hardness of ~1200 HV, it outperforms alumina and stainless steel jars, reducing abrasion even after prolonged use.

• Thermal Stability: Retains structural integrity from -196°C (cryogenic) to 800°C, suitable for extreme milling conditions.

• Surface Finish: Mirror-polished interior (Ra <0.05 µm) minimizes particle adhesion, critical for nano-powder dispersion.
