The Keda intelligent multi strand anchor cable installation trolley
utilizes a traction mechanism and cable feeding device to achieve
continuous and suspended delivery of anchor cables. This approach
reduces ground friction resistance and significantly enhances
installation efficiency. By employing collaborative operations
between the main arm and auxiliary arm, along with the use of
constant resistance anchor cable technology like NPR anchor cables,
the deformation of the surrounding rock has been effectively
limited to within 300 millimeters. Consequently, the arch
replacement rate has been minimized to zero.
