1. **Assembly integrity**

without omission.
2. **Length adjustment**
- **Check whether the tie rod length is correct**: The
wind-resistant tie rod is equipped with a tensioning spiral buckle
to adjust the tie rod length. There is a length indicator block
inside the spiral buckle. When the spiral buckle is rotated until
the rod end touches the length indicator block, it means that the
tie rod length is correct.
3. **Fixed condition**
- **Check whether the locking nut is tightened**: There is a
locking nut at one end of the spiral buckle to prevent the tie rod
from loosening. When installing the tie rod, the locking nut must
be tightened to ensure that the tie rod is firmly fixed.
4. **Appearance inspection**
- **Check whether the wind-resistant tie rod has any man-made
damage**: Observe whether there are obvious signs of damage on the
surface of the wind-resistant tie rod, such as bending, deformation
or corrosion, which may affect its normal use.
5. **Looseness check**
- **Check if the wind-resistant tie rod is loose**: During the
inspection, make sure that the wind-resistant tie rod is not loose,
especially after heavy rain and other bad weather, the loose tie
rod may not be able to effectively withstand the wind force.
6. **Function test**
- **Check if the wind-resistant tie rod can effectively withstand
the wind force**: The main function of the wind-resistant tie rod
is to withstand the lateral wind force perpendicular to the bridge
to ensure the straightness and stability of the bridge. During the
inspection, the function of the wind-resistant tie rod can be
evaluated by simulating wind force tests or observing the
