What's a PCB?
Printed circuit board is the most common name but may also be
called "printed wiring boards" or "printed wiring cards". Before
the advent of the PCB circuits were constructed through a laborious
process of point-to-point wiring. This led to frequent failures at
wire junctions and short circuits when wire insulation began to age
and crack.
What Is the Difference Between PCBA and PCB?
Printed circuit board (PCB) and printed circuit board assembly
(PCBA) are both important terms in the electronics industry. Some
people use them interchangeably, but they are actually two distinct
things.
The main difference between these two terms is that PCB refers to a
blank circuitry board, while PCBA refers to a board that contains
all of the necessary electronic components for the board to
function as needed. A PCB is not yet functional because it does not
have the required components in place, while a PCBA is a complete
and functional board. PCBs and PCBAs are two different parts of the
same process — a PCBA is built on top of an existing PCB.

Q2.MOQ and what is the fastest delivery time?
A:There is no MOQ in Suntek. we are able to handle small as well as
large volume production with flexibility. Samples need 3-5 working
days,Mass production need 7-10 working days.
Q3.For PCB quotation, what files format do need?
A:Gerber, Protel 99SE, DXP, PADS 9.5, AUTOCAD,CAM350 are OK.
Q4.How to test PCB boards?
A:AOI, Fly probe testing, Text fixture testing, FQC etc for bare
pcb.
