1. Production Line Overview

• This line is designed for truck body panel manufacturers needing cost-effective, high-strength profiles. It targets vehicle assembly factories and custom truck body builders, offering high-efficiency roll forming without additional slitting costs.

2. Profile Description

• The profile is made from galvanized or high-strength steel, thickness 1.2–2.0mm. It features a closed-type structure with enhanced rigidity, tailored for truck body walls. It's roll formed and post-pressed for strength and weather resistance.

• 7.5T Hydraulic Decoiler → Roll Forming Machine → Scrap Edge Trimming & Recoiling → Hydraulic Cut → Hydraulic Post-forming Press
• Steel coils are uncoiled and directly formed through a 26-station gearbox roll former. Integrated trimming system removes edge waste on-line, recoiling it separately to avoid slitting. The formed panel is cut to length and post-pressed to achieve the required closed structure.
