1. Technical Justification
Modular and Standalone Operation:
Each section of this line operates independently. The servo feeder
ensures precise punching positions, suitable for both standard and
customized perforation layouts.
High Compatibility:
The servo + punching press setup is mature and widely proven. It
works perfectly with galvanized coils in the 0.7–1.2mm range,
ensuring clean, consistent holes at high speed.
Excellent Repeatability and Durability:
Consistent punching force and precise feeder movement result in
high dimensional stability and punching quality, ideal for
large-volume production.
No Dependence on Roll Forming Line:
This line runs independently from roll forming lines, allowing
pre-processing of perforated coils, improving production scheduling
and reducing downtime.

With this standalone line, perforated coils can be processed in
advance and used on any roll forming line, giving you maximum
