1. Production Line Overview

• This roll forming line is designed for highway guardrail manufacturers and metal profile suppliers in the road safety sector. It provides stable, high-precision W-beam production for heavy-duty applications. 2. Profile Description

• The W-beam guardrail profile is made from 3–4mm thick galvanized steel, with a two-wave curved structure. It offers high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and is widely used for highway crash protection. The profile’s punching design ensures easy installation with bolts and posts on roads and bridges.

• 7.5T Hydraulic Decoiler → Guiding Device → Powered Roller → Leveling Machine → Hydraulic Punching → Roll Former → Hydraulic Stop-to-Cut Cutter → Output Table

• The line begins with coil decoiling, guiding, and assisted feeding via powered rollers. Leveling and punching share the same base with the roll former, optimizing space and alignment. Punching uses dual stations for efficient hole layout. The 18-station gearbox-driven roll former ensures high precision, ending with a hydraulic shear.
