Characteristics

Applications

• Application Methods: Suitable for high-voltage electrostatic spraying and friction electrostatic coating.

• Recommended Film Thickness: 50–150 μm, depending on industry requirements.

Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: 20 kg cartons with inner plastic liners.

• Storage Conditions: Store away from heat sources and direct sunlight, in a dry environment below 30°C.

• Shelf Life: 24 months under recommended storage conditions.

Curing Conditions

• Low-Temperature Curing: 160°C for 20 minutes (based on workpiece temperature).

• Standard Curing: 180°C for 20 minutes (based on workpiece temperature).

• Fast Curing: 200°C for 10 minutes (based on workpiece temperature).

Exterior Appearance

• Gloss Level (measured at 60° according to GB/T 9754-88):

  • High Gloss: >81%

  • Semi-Gloss: 31–80%

  • Matte (Non-Gloss): 3–30% (customizable)

• Surface Finish: Smooth and flat, with slight texture or crinkle depending on formulation.

Corrosion Resistance

• Salt Spray Test: According to GB/T 10125-1999 – No damage to the coated layer after 1000 hours. Edge corrosion is less than 2 mm.
