Product description
The dust-free feeding station is a modern material handling
equipment integrating efficient conveying, precise feeding and dust
control. Through a fully enclosed design and negative pressure dust
collection system, it effectively prevents dust from spilling out
during the material loading, unloading, transfer and feeding
processes. It uses a filtering device to promptly capture and
purify the dusty air, ensuring a clean and safe working
environment. At the same time, it is equipped with an automated
control system to achieve precise measurement and continuous stable
feeding. It is widely used in industries with extremely high
cleanliness requirements such as chemical engineering, food, and
medicine, significantly improving production efficiency and

hazards.
Working principle
The dust-free feeding station encloses the feeding process through
a sealed design. It uses a fan to generate negative pressure
inside, creating an environment lower than the external atmospheric
pressure. The dust produced by the material input is sucked into
the dust collection system under the negative pressure. The
dust-laden air enters the dust collector equipped with
high-efficiency filter materials (such as bags and filter cores),
where the dust is intercepted. The purified air is then discharged.
At the same time, it is equipped with sealed conveying devices such
as screws, belts or pneumatic conveyors according to the
characteristics of the materials to transport the materials to the
designated positions. Multiple principles work together to achieve
dust-free feeding and conveying of materials, creating a clean and
efficient production environment.
