Working principle
When operating an open bulk bag unloading station, first use the
top hook to precisely lift and position the bulk bags. Then, start
the vibration device to break the material lumps through
high-frequency vibration, allowing the materials to smoothly slide
from the bulk bag's discharge port to the vibrating unloading tray.
Then, rotate the discharge port slowly to evenly feed the materials
on the discharge disc into the subsequent silos or conveying
equipment. Meanwhile, the dust collection system operates
throughout the process, using negative pressure to promptly draw
the dust generated during the unloading process into the collection
device, ensuring that the entire unloading process is efficient,
continuous and dust-free.
