Working principle
The rotary vibrating screen takes the vibrating motor as the core power source. The eccentric blocks at both ends of the motor rotate at high speed to generate centrifugal force. The vibration is transmitted to the screen body through the supporting springs, forming a three-dimensional vibration on the screen surface that is both horizontal, vertical and torsional. After the materials fall from the center of the screen surface, they rapidly spread in all directions under the complex vibration effect. Particles smaller than the screen holes pass through the screen mesh to become under-screen materials, while those larger than the screen holes are discharged along the edge of the screen surface. By adjusting the motor's excitation force, frequency and the mesh size of the screen mesh, efficient classification and screening of materials of different particle sizes can be precisely achieved.
