Product Introduction:
Gas-hydraulic diffusion welding machine is an advanced equipment
that uses gas or liquid as a pressure medium to achieve welding by
causing atomic diffusion at the contact surface of the workpiece
under high temperature and pressure. It has fast operating speed,
low required energy consumption, stable performance, and a wide
working temperature range. Compared to pneumatic systems, it has
stable performance, can reach the pressure of hydraulic systems
under the same conditions, has a long service life, and operates
with low noise. Used for welding various dissimilar metal products
such as copper aluminum foil soft connections, copper aluminum
bars+nickel sheets, copper steel plates, large-sized soft busbars,
conductive tapes, expansion joints, etc. The main function is to
achieve diffusion welding between metal and dissimilar metal
molecules.
Features:
1. Insulation protection, safe and reliable. The secondary side
circuit adopts a pressurized cylinder seat and upper arm insulation
method, which facilitates direct installation and welding work on
the lower seat without worrying about short circuits. It is simple
and practical.
2. Welding power supply, energy-saving and efficient. The main
welding circuit adopts a fully water-cooled resistance welding
transformer and rectifier, with strong output power.
3. The operation is controlled by a foot switch, which has high
production efficiency, low labor intensity, and conforms to the
operating habits of operators.
4. The equipment is equipped with air pressure and water pressure
switches and alarms, which can effectively prevent water shortage
or gas welding, thereby protecting the safety of equipment use.

Electrode Selection:The upper and lower electrodes can be equipped with tungsten or
graphite materials, which can meet the needs of high-temperature
welding, high conductivity, and long service life.
Hydraulic Cylinders: Adopting aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring,
and light friction ring combination with hydraulic cylinder, the
surface is wear-resistant and has a long service life, achieving
extremely high dot speed, electrode pressurization, smooth and
fast.
Dual Gas Storage Tanks: Dual backup dedicated gas storage tanks, greatly reducing welding
pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent
rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the
water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the
waterway can be observed and eliminated.

The shippment is 15 days after getting deopsit, but customized
machines should be more than 25 days.
