The Steel Pipe Internal & External FBE Powder Coating process involves blasting both the internal and external walls of steel pipes, followed by the application of FBE epoxy powder coating, making it particularly suitable for water supply applications in civil use.

The process begins with internal wall blasting to remove contaminants and enhance adhesion, while external wall blasting ensures a strong bond with the coating on the outer surface.

This epoxy powder coating features a thermosetting non-toxic formulation that forms a high molecular weight cross-linking structure upon solidification, enhancing durability.

It provides strong resistance against various corrosive substances and boasts higher mechanical properties for improved strength and resilience. The coating system consists of a bottom layer of epoxy powder that forms a continuous coating adhering well to the steel surface, along with a polymer adhesive layer that binds the epoxy before gelation, uniting it with the polyethylene top layer.

But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.
