1. Role of air-conditioning pump
Compress the refrigerant: the main function of the air conditioning pump is to compress the
low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas into a
high-temperature and high-pressure gas, providing power for the
circulation of refrigerant in the system. Driving the refrigerant
circulation: through the work of the compressor, the refrigerant
can circulate between the condenser, evaporator and other

2. Working principle
Compression process: the compressor inhales the low temperature and low pressure
refrigerant gas at the outlet of the evaporator and compresses it
into high temperature and high pressure gas.
Condensation and exothermic: high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas into the
condenser, liquefied in the condenser and release heat.
Throttling expansion: the liquid refrigerant passes through the expansion valve or
throttling orifice tube, the pressure and temperature are reduced,
and it turns into low-temperature and low-pressure mist liquid.
Evaporation and heat absorption: low temperature and low pressure mist refrigerant enters the
evaporator and absorbs the surrounding heat in the evaporator to
cool the air inside the car.
