Installation Method for Micro-Perforated Aluminum Composite Acoustic Panels – Ceiling Suspension

• Set the Reference Height: Measure the installation height according to the design plan, and mark the level line on the ceiling. Fix the edge trim along the marked line to guide the panel installation.

• Drill Suspension Holes: Drill suspension holes in the ceiling structure at ≤1200mm spacing. Secure the suspension rods using expansion bolts to support the panels' weight.

• Install Steel Tracks: Attach the light steel keel suspension components and adjust the tracks to ensure they are perfectly level. All tracks must be parallel and at the correct height to support the panels.

• Fix Special Hook Keels: Use special hook keels to secure the panels to the light steel keels. Ensure the hook keels are aligned and parallel, and tighten all screws for stability.
