Installation Method for Micro-Perforated Aluminum Composite Acoustic Panels – Ceiling Suspension

Measurement and Marking: First, mark the ceiling installation height based on the design specifications. Draw a level line along the ceiling, ensuring it is even. Use this line to position the edge trim around the perimeter of the ceiling.

Preparing for Suspension: Determine the direction of installation. Drill holes in the ceiling at intervals of ≤1200mm, and use expansion bolts to secure suspension rods.

Install Steel Channels: Fix the light steel keel suspension components and the light steel keel itself. Adjust the keel to ensure it is level and aligned with the required height. Ensure all the keels are parallel.

Mount the Special Hook and Keel: Use special hook keels to attach to the light steel keel, making sure they are level and secure. Tighten the screws on the suspension components, ensuring the special hook keels are parallel and perpendicular to the light steel keels.
