PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS:

The total area of this factory building is approximately 3,000 square meters. The main body adopts a full steel structure frame with a clear height of 8 meters.
A steel structure mezzanine is set inside, effectively expanding the space utilization rate. The factory building is divided into raw material storage area, automated processing area, packaging and sorting area and office area, meeting the full-chain demands of agricultural products from cleaning, sorting to deep processing.

Mezzanine design: By using lightweight and high-strength steel structure floor slabs as the mezzanine and laying a concrete floor on top, the load-bearing effect is enhanced, increasing the vertical space utilization rate of the factory building by 40%. The mezzanine area is used for equipment control rooms and storage, achieving functional zoning optimization.

Large-span structure: The column-free design ensures flexible layout of the assembly line, suitable for diverse production line demands such as potato starch processing and oat and buckwheat noodle manufacturing, with a daily processing capacity of up to 200 tons.
