Vertical spiral mill is mainly used in the mining industry such as
the crushing and grinding of metal ores, the crushing and deep
processing of non-metallic ores, the comprehensive utilization of
low-grade minerals, the extraction of useful elements from
tailings, powder metallurgy, mechanical alloying, metallurgical raw
material processing, metallurgical waste slag utilization, cemented
carbide production and other metallurgical industries and other
industrial industries. It is a device that grinds ores or other
materials of a certain particle size into finer particles. It is an
ultra-fine grinding equipment.
Product Features
Vertical spiral mill uses stirring to achieve the purpose of
grinding and refining particles. Under the stirring of the
agitator, the medium balls and the ore materials in the stirring
tank perform multi-dimensional circulation and rotation movements,
and the gravity generated by the medium balls and the ore materials
and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation are
comprehensively used. The impact, friction and shearing effects are
generated between the medium balls, between the ore materials, and
between the medium balls and the ore materials. The ore materials
are deformed, broken and finally crushed under the action of
momentum and impulse to achieve the ideal particle size.
Technical features
1. The vertical spiral mill is mainly composed of a transmission
part, a frame part, a spiral part, an inspection door, a coarse
grading device, a spiral installation tool, a motor, a reducer,
etc. It has a simple structure and is easy to maintain.
2. The frame part is lined with wear-resistant and
corrosion-resistant rubber, and a grid lining or a magnetic lining
is installed to protect the frame and extend its service life.
3. The installation period is short, and the main installation work
can generally be completed in 2 to 4 weeks.
4. The overall force of the mill is balanced, the foundation has no
additional load, and the foundation design is simple.
5. There is no internal impact during operation, and the grinding
medium loss is small.
6. The vertical spiral mill is divided into two feeding methods:
upper feeding and lower feeding, which can be freely selected
according to the process conditions.
7. It adopts PLC control, has sound and light alarm, fault
diagnosis and other functions, and realizes the integration of
electromechanical and hydraulic control.
