1. Pretreatment unit: The transparent cylindrical water tank on the
left side of the system may be a pretreatment unit, which is used
to initially filter large particles of impurities in the water,
such as silt, rust, etc.
2. Booster pump: The black pump body below the pretreatment unit is
a booster pump, which is used to increase water pressure to ensure
that the water can pass through the subsequent filtration and
purification unit.
3. Multi-stage filtration system: The multiple water tanks and
pipes in the system may represent a multi-stage filtration system,
including: • Activated carbon filter: removes residual chlorine,
odor and organic matter in the water. • Fine filter: further
removes smaller particles. • Reverse osmosis (RO) system: removes
dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria and viruses in the water
through a semi-permeable membrane to provide high-purity water.
4. Control panel: The control panel above the system contains
multiple buttons and indicators for monitoring and controlling the
entire water treatment process. The panel may include a power
switch, manual/automatic mode switch, alarm indicator, pressure
gauge, etc.
5. Water storage tank: The system may contain one or more water
storage tanks for storing purified water for use when needed.
6. Post-treatment unit: After the reverse osmosis system, there may
be a post-treatment unit, such as a UV sterilizer or mineralizer,
to further disinfect or adjust the water quality.
7. Pipes and valves: The pipes and valves in the system are used to
control the direction and pressure of the water flow to ensure that
the water can pass through each treatment unit according to the
