1. Automatic feeding:
• Add glue A and glue B to two separate buckets, and transport glue to the dispensing valve through the corresponding feeding system (such as air pressure or pump) to ensure a stable supply of glue.
• The bucket of some automatic AB dispensing machine also has automatic mixing, automatic heating, vacuum defoaming and other functions to ensure the performance and quality of glue.
2. Automatic mixing:
• The dispensing valve can mix A glue and B glue according to the set ratio, usually using static mixing or dynamic mixing, so that the two kinds of glue are fully mixed evenly.
• The mixed glue can be heated or cooled as needed to adapt to the characteristics and process requirements of different glues.
3. Automatic dispensing:
• Precisely control the amount and speed of glue extrusion according to preset procedures and requirements, and deliver the mixed glue to the location where it needs to be dispensed.
