We have extensive experience in plastic CNC machining. The entire
process is divided into two stages: rough machining and fine
machining, ensuring that the final product meets the requirements
of high quality and high precision. Our technical team will conduct
in-depth analysis of each drawing and the selected materials,
scientifically set processing parameters, optimize the cutting
plan, and ensure the stability and dimensional accuracy of the
products.
►We can process the following types of engineering plastics,
including but not limited to:
- POM (Delrin) : High strength, low coefficient of friction, and good
wear resistance
- Nylon: Strong toughness and excellent impact resistance
- PTFE (Teflon) : High-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant,
and low friction
- PEEK: High-temperature and high-strength, chemically resistant,
suitable for medical and aviation fields
- PMMA, POM, ABS, PEI, Neoflon, Ultem and other numerically
controlled processing engineering plastics
►Processing equipment capability:
Our CNC turning centers are equipped with multi-station tool
turrets or power tool turrets, featuring a wide range of processing
capabilities. They can complete the processing of complex geometric
structures such as straight cylinders, inclined cylinders, arcs,
threads, grooves, and worm gears.
At present, we have 23 machining centers and 18 CNC lathes, with a
processing capacity of up to a maximum turning diameter of φ860 mm
and a minimum wall thickness of 0.23 mm.
