Usage Method
Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean and dry the surfaces of the electronic
components and skylight chassis where the sealant will be applied.
Remove any dirt, grease, dust, or previous sealant residues using a
suitable cleaning agent and a clean cloth.
Application: Cut the tip of the sealant tube at an appropriate angle (usually
a 45 - degree angle) according to the desired bead width. Insert
the tube into a caulking gun. Apply the sealant evenly along the
joints, gaps, or areas that require sealing, maintaining a
continuous bead. For complex or hard - to - reach areas, use a
small brush or spatula to spread the sealant smoothly and ensure
complete coverage.
Curing: Allow the sealant to cure according to the specified time and
temperature conditions indicated in the product manual. Avoid
exposing the sealed area to water, excessive movement, or high
temperatures during the curing process. Curing times may vary
depending on the ambient temperature and humidity. Once fully
