The combination of the dust-free feeding station and the vibrating

Working principle
When the dust-free feeding station works in combination with the
vibrating screen, the materials are fed in the fully enclosed
negative pressure environment of the dust-free feeding station. The
dust collection system uses bag filtration or cyclone separation
technology to quickly adsorb and separate the dust generated during
feeding, ensuring a clean working environment. The processed
materials are conveyed into the vibrating screen through the
conveying device. The vibrating motor drives the screen body to
vibrate at high frequency. The materials move directionally on the
screen surface under the action of vibration and gravity. Materials
of different particle sizes are precisely classified due to the
difference in screen hole sizes. The small amount of dust generated
during the screening process is collected and treated by the
matching dust collection device. The connection between the two
adopts a sealed design, and the entire process realizes dust-free
material processing and fine screening.
