Product Description
The product produced with this process is good in flexibility,
smooth in molecular chain, few non-plastified particles and feels
like rubber. The neutralization process is omitted so that the
product is free of salt and has higher purity and whiteness. The
adjustment of the process parameter will enable various types of
products for different applications.
Product performance:
It is white powder and innocuous. Since hydrogen atoms are replaced
by chlorine atoms, the crystallization of HDPE was destroyed and
becomes soft and full of rubber property. Because of the presence
of chlorine atom, CPE turns into polar polymers and has the same
polar groups as PVC. Under this situation, it increases the
compatibility of PVC. In addition, it can blend with PE, PS and
rubber to improve its physical properties.

Feature:
Excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance
and flame retardant, with a variety of plastics rubber has good
compatibility
Effectively improve the toughness of rigid PVC products, anti-red
and anti-aging properties,
Improve the melting point of PVC, has a good plasticizing
properties.
Application:
CPE 135A is designed for general purpose plastic impact
modification where superior impact strength, good low temperature
property and high filler acceptance are required. This grade is the
most popular grade for plastic impact modification. The application
fields cover PVC door and window profiles, siding, sheet, fence,
pipe, electrical conduit etc.
Storage:
Should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent
moisture, exposure, storage and transportation to avoid
contamination, storage period is one year, after which they passed
the test can still be used.
