Product description
The universal crusher is a crushing equipment that integrates high
efficiency and multiple functions. With the high-speed rotating
blades or hammer pieces, it can easily crush and refine soft and
hard materials such as metals, plastics and glass through the
combined force of impact, shearing and friction. Its advantage lies
in the fact that the particle size of the output can be precisely
controlled by adjusting the rotational speed and the aperture of
the screen, meeting different production requirements. Meanwhile,
it is equipped with safety designs such as overload protection and
dust-proof sealing, and operates stably and reliably. Whether it is

Working principle
The universal crusher operates on the core principles of "impact,
shearing and grinding". The materials enter the crushing chamber
through the feeding port. The variable frequency motor drives the
high-speed main shaft to drive the hammer pieces or tools (with a
linear speed of 80-120m/s), and under the action of centrifugal
force, the materials are subjected to the initial impact crushing.
The crushed materials, driven by high-speed gas flow, are subjected
to secondary crushing by the inner wall tooth ring and liner of the
cavity, and at the same time, they are refined by shear force in
the gap between the hammer pieces and the liner. The classification
wheel and screen inside the cavity control the particle size.
Qualified materials are discharged by air flow or gravity, while
unqualified particles are thrown back by the classification wheel
for recycling and crushing. By adjusting the rotational speed,
screen aperture and feeding rate, coarse crushing to micron-level
grinding can be achieved. The water-cooled or air-cooled system
prevents overheating.
