Product Description:
600TS-16K outsert folding machine is a pile feeder machine for
600mm wide and 1000 mm long paper.It is specially designed for
paper from 40 gsm to 300 gsm and can fold various types of paper
including bond paper, glossy paper, coated paper, and cardstock,It
can fold single, double, letter, accordion, gate, and parallel
folds.The folder is equipped with a camera inspection system to
detection double sheets and through paper ejection online with
non-stop operation.
Features:
1,All the gears and the bearings are imported. Automatic oil supply
for the bearing and also for the second station.
2,Equipped with Ultrasonic double-sheet Detection to Identify two
or more pieces or sheets inadvertently adhering together.
3,Touch screen Control panel --proprietary software with
Independent intellectual property rights for pharmaceutical outsert
system.
4,A simple turn of the adjustment dial ;easy to adjust the size,the
digital displays are imported from Germany SIKO.
5,Silent Belt Driving,use double bearing structure,driving is much
more stable, lower noise.
