NPI-15 series current-driven, dielectric-isolated high-voltage
sensors are designed to operate in harsh environments while
featuring the highest sensitivity, linearity and hysteresis of
silicon sensors. They adopt advanced Sensor technology, providing
OEM users with the best price and performance. The piezoresistive
sensor chip is installed in a cylindrical cavity filled with fluid
and isolated from the measured medium through a stainless steel
diaphragm and the main body. Like all NovaSensor silicon sensors,
the NPI-15 series adopts SenStable? Processing technology,
providing stability.
To compensate for the temperature effect, a complete resistor
network is provided on the hybrid ceramic substrate. The Sensor
design can minimize the temperature error to the greatest extent,
thereby providing a 0.75% FSO offset error within the compensation
range of 32°F to 158°F (0°C to 70°C).
The NovaSensor NPI-15VC series voltage-compensated and
dielectric-isolated high-voltage sensors have the performance of
current-compensated sensors and are very convenient to use voltage
power supplies. Voltage compensation enables the sensor to be
directly connected to the power supply, thereby eliminating the
additional components required to build a constant current source.
These sensors can achieve field interchangeability through
calibrated 100 mV ± 1% FSO.
