Q:What information we need customers to provide?
A:Duolek has R&D Center to focus on the study for new product.

Q:What’s your quality control system?
A:We operate ISO9001 Quality Management System. We control our
products quality by our workshop processes: Materials incoming
inspection, Machining process control, finished testing and
Inspection before packing. Each step has inspector and the testing
results will be recorded for checking.
Q:What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A:We prefer T/T through bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70%
before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over 200,000USD.
Q:What is your warranty policy?
A:All our products are warranted for one full year from date of
delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.This warranty
does not cover parts that are worn out through the course of normal
operation
