Working principle
The rotary vibrating screen takes the vertical vibrating motor as
the power core. When the motor is running, the eccentric blocks at
both ends rotate at high speed, generating centrifugal force, which
causes the motor to produce three-dimensional vibration in
horizontal, vertical and torsional directions, and transmits it to
the screen frame and screen mesh. After the material falls onto the
screen surface from the feeding port, under the effect of
vibration, fine particles pass through the screen and are
discharged as under-screen materials, while larger particles spiral
and jump along the screen surface to the discharge port for
discharge. Moreover, the screening effect and accuracy can be
precisely controlled by adjusting the Angle and amplitude of the
eccentric block of the vibration motor and the mesh size of the
screen.
