ST107 Viscosity tester
The adhesive strength tester is designed and manufactured strictly
in accordance with the requirements of the new version 2025 Chinese
Pharmacopoeia "0952 Adhesive Strength Determination Method Second
Method for Adhesive Strength Determination", and is suitable for
conducting adhesive strength testing on products such as ointment
patches.
Working principle: The test board with the sample attached is vertically suspended on
the test stand, and a weight of a specified weight is hung at the
lower end. The displacement of the sample after a certain period of
time or the time required for the sample to completely detach is
used to determine the ability of the adhesive tape to resist
pulling off.
Instrument structure: mainly composed of timing mechanism, test
board, loading board, weights, frame, and standard pressure roller.
