Waste paper baler is usually used to compress loose materials such
as waste paper, cardboard or plastic, and compact them into
high-density blocks for transportation. Its core actions include:
Compression stage: The hydraulic cylinder drives the pressure plate
(pressure head) to apply high pressure (up to tens of tons)
downward to compress the loose materials.
Return stage: The pressure plate quickly resets and prepares for
the next compression.
Dynamic load: Uneven material density may cause unbalanced force on
the pressure plate, resulting in vibration or eccentric load.
Traditional problems:
Metal springs or pure hydraulic systems have poor buffering
effects, resulting in high impact noise and rapid wear of the guide
rails.
The pressure plate reset relies on hydraulic pressure or gravity,
with high energy consumption and unstable speed.
Under long-term high-pressure work, mechanical parts are prone to
fatigue.
Installation Precautions
| Sealing | The air spring needs to be checked regularly for air tightness to
avoid slow air leakage that causes a decrease in support force. |
| Dust-proof design | In the waste paper dust environment, an air spring with dust cover
protection (such as a rubber bellows sheath) needs to be selected. |
| Safety redundancy | The mechanical limit device is retained to prevent the pressure
plate from losing control in the event of an air line failure. |
| Air pressure calibration | After the first installation, the air pressure of each spring needs
to be calibrated through a load test to ensure symmetry. |
