The cleanroom walls manufactured by baodu are made using innovative materials conceived for use in controlled contamination environments.
The “sandwich” panel can be realised with various components both for the external panelling and the internal insulation, which vary according to specific project requirements.
Range from false ceilings with a visible 50mm aluminium frame, with panels surface-mounted or flush-fitted to aluminium profiles, to high-load false ceilings (walkable) with a concealed structure. The modules are suitable for housing filters, grilles and lighting fixtures for each size.

To further expand these viewing points and make our clean rooms even more “open” and bright, we have created glass panels, one or two meters in height, for uninterrupted continuous vision. The glass panels are always produced with 45 mm thick double glazing completely flush with the surface of the partition walls or doors.

The clean room doors are made of aluminium frame; the panel is made with the same sandwich as the partition walls, allowing total flush-fitting between the components and the wall itself.
The door installed on plasterboard or brick walls is prepared with rounded aluminium profiles, which make it possible to cover different thicknesses of from 80mm to 600mm.

Cleanroom PVC flooring, it is possible to cover the aluminium wall connection profiles to obtain a perfectly flush-fitting and hygienic environment.
