ABOUT DRYER TOWER
This product is widely used in drying rice, corn, sesame, rapeseed, cocoa, coffee, cashew, barley, pumpkin and other grains. It is the machine of choice for drying agricultural products.
5HPX-15 tower grain dryer is ideal for drying grain and oil seeds. Grains drop from the top by bucket elevator, then through the feeding device, ensure that the equipment is always in full load condition during operation. Drawing fan introduced hot air into the inside of tower body, grain crops through the staggered arrangement of the angular box, so that food crops and hot air mixed with the heat generated by steam and debris discharged through the fan.
WORKING PRINCIPLE OF PADDY DRYER
It adopts rotary heating device, it can output enough hot air in a short time and dry the grains which is passing through.
It also adopts digitization control and instrumentation to control drying box’s temperature to avoid appearing discoloring and metamorphic phenomenon.
Drying cabinet is made of metal aluminum plate and silica gel cotton insulation layer to reduce energy consumption effectively.
Cyclotron system can reach the purpose of air circulation, humidification and heating in the drying box
