ST107A Constant Temperature Holding Viscosity Tester
The ST107A Constant Temperature Holding Adhesive Tester is designed
and manufactured strictly in accordance with YY/T 0148-2006
"General Requirements for Medical Adhesive Tape" and GB/T4851-2014
"Test Methods for Holding Adhesive Tape", and is suitable for
holding adhesive testing of medical adhesive tapes and other
products.
Working principle: The test board with the sample attached is
vertically suspended on the test stand, and a weight of a specified
weight is suspended at the lower end. The displacement of the
sample after being suspended for a certain period of time at a
certain temperature, or the time for the sample to completely
detach, is used to characterize the ability of the adhesive tape to
resist pulling off. Suitable for conducting adhesion testing on
products such as pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes.
Instrument structure: mainly composed of timing mechanism, test
board, loading board, weights, frame, and standard pressure roller.

Imported proximity switch, wear-resistant and impact resistant,
high sensitivity, and longer service life.
Manufacturing material: Internal SUS # 304 stainless steel plate,
external advanced baking paint treatment.
All built-in components are made of high-temperature resistant
