Cleanroom sandwich panel (also known as cleanroom-specific panel)
is a special decorative panel used in high hygiene standard
environments such as clean rooms, laboratories, and hospitals. It
is made by combining multiple layers of composite materials (such
as color steel plates, aluminum honeycomb cores, rock wool, calcium
silicate boards, etc.) through high-temperature and high-pressure
processes. Its surface is covered with an antibacterial coating or
PVC/PET film, featuring dust-proof, corrosion-resistant and
easy-to-clean properties. It is a core building material for
high-end clean projects.

Superior cleaning performance:
Seamless surface design + antibacterial coating, inhibits the
growth of microorganisms such as Escherichia coli and
Staphylococcus aureus, reducing the risk of cross-infection.
Smooth and pore-free structure, dust and stains are not easily
adhered, and it supports direct cleaning with alcohol and
disinfectant.
Fire safety:
A-level fire resistance rating, some products can reach A1-level
non-combustibility, no toxic smoke is produced when exposed to open
flame, ensuring the safety of enclosed spaces.
Durable and corrosion-resistant: Resistant to acids and alkalis,
moisture-proof and mold-proof, suitable for high-humidity
environments and frequent contact with chemical reagents (such as
pharmaceutical factories and laboratories).
Lightweight and easy installation:
Weight is 8-120kg/m² (depending on the core material), 50% lighter
than traditional stone, reducing building load, supports modular
assembly, and saves construction time.
Environmental certification:
Meets E1-level environmental standards (formaldehyde emission ≤
0.5mg/L), some products have passed SGS and LEED certifications,
meeting the requirements of green buildings.

Production
Process------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Raw Material Selection:
* Basalt rock (SiO₂≥45%, Al₂O₃≥14%) + slag (≥70% recycled)
2. Fiber Production:
* Electric furnace melting (1,500-1,600°C) → Four-roller
centrifugal spinning (7,200rpm) → Fiber diameter 4-7μm
3. Curing Process:
* Phenolic resin spraying (formaldehyde emission ≤0.05ppm, EN
717-1) → Curing oven at 230°C
4. Lamination:
* Steel plate pretreatment (degreasing → phosphating → nano-ceramic
coating) → Continuous hot pressing (1.2MPa, 180°C)
5. Quality Control:
* Online X-ray inspection (void detection) → Laser thickness gauge
(±0.1mm accuracy) → Batch fire performance testing
