Introduction
Composition of Scale: Calcium carbonate (CaCO₃), magnesium
hydroxide (Mg(OH)₂), calcium sulfate (CaSO₄), barium sulfate
(BaSO₄), silicon dioxide (SiO₂), etc.
Cause of Scaling: When the mineral content in water exceeds its
solubility (supersaturated solution), calcium ions and carbonate
ions will precipitate to form CaCO₃ crystals, which adhere to the
pipe wall to form scale.
Harm of Equipment Scaling: It clogs pipelines, increases energy
consumption, shortens the service life of equipment, provides a
breeding ground for bacteria in scale, requires frequent manual
cleaning and maintenance, and necessitates the addition of a large
amount of chemical agents.
The scale inhibitor uses an electromagnetic method for descaling.
It consists of a frequency - modulated current generator and a
signal cable wound around the outer wall of the pipeline. The coil
generates an induced magnetic field to treat the flowing water.

water qualities.
Treatment Principle:

solution, with increased dissolving power, which can dissolve the
