Rotary Tester Machine
During testing, empty cans are transferred to the testing position
on the turntable, where their open ends are sealed by a sealing
disk and pressurized with air. A high-precision pressure sensor
records the initial pressure reading, and after a specified holding
time, a second reading is taken. The system compares these two
values to identify and reject defective cans that exceed tolerance
limits. The testing position features an independent circulation
system to prevent airflow interference between stations, ensuring
detection accuracy.
Different detection head configurations are available to
accommodate various can diameters, production speeds, and site
conditions: For high-speed production lines, a compact multi-head
rotary leak detector is recommended to save space and maintain
efficiency. In more spacious environments, a multi-row linear leak
detector can be selected for greater flexibility and throughput.
All solutions can be customized to meet specific customer
requirements.
