for the production of various durable consumer housing and
packaging materials.
3. Thermal performance: - Wide operating temperature range: has good heat resistance and
cold resistance, can withstand a certain high temperature
environment without deformation or softening, and can still
maintain good toughness and impact strength in low temperature
environment.
4. Chemical stability: Good chemical resistance: It can resist the erosion of a variety of
chemicals, including commonly used cleaners, fats and detergents,
etc., and is not easy to be eroded by solvents, so it is widely
used in food contact materials, medical equipment and packaging of
daily chemical products. 5. Processing performance:
- Easy processing molding: easy processing, can be made into
various shapes of products through extrusion, injection molding,
blow molding and blister and other molding methods, can be designed
according to the designer's intention of any shape, and the molding
cycle is short, the temperature is low, and the yield is higher. - Excellent secondary processing performance: good secondary
processing performance, can be conventional machining modification,
such as sawing, die-cutting, drilling, punching, shearing,
riveting, milling and cold bending, can also be flocking,
electroplating, electrostatic processing. 6. Environmental protection: - Environmentally friendly materials: PCTG materials are
environmentally friendly materials, which meet the requirements of
food contact management and are safer and more reliable to use. 7. Economy: Compared with some high-performance plastics such as PC
