Features:
- Layered loading: The multi-layer design can fully utilize the
space of the carriage, improve transportation efficiency, and
transport a larger number of pigs at a time.
- Constant temperature system: Some high-end models are equipped
with a constant temperature system, which consists of an on-board
refrigeration machine, a heater, a gas mixture conveying chamber
and a box exhaust fan, etc. It can keep the carriage at an
appropriate temperature, provide a comfortable transportation
environment for pigs, and reduce stress responses.
- Water feeding and spray system: The water feeding system is
composed of a liquid food box, a pipeline pump, a pipeline and a
water feeding nozzle, etc., which can provide drinking water for
pigs. The spray system is composed of an air pressure water tank, a
pipeline, a nozzle and a sewage collection box, which is used to
spray water to cool down pigs and clean the carriage.
Application scenarios :
It is mainly used for the transportation of live pigs between pig
farms, slaughterhouses and pig trading markets, and is applicable
for both medium and short-distance as well as long-distance
transportation. In the pig breeding industry, it can transport pig
seedlings from breeding farms to pig farms, and also transport
fattening pigs from pig farms to slaughterhouses.

- Carriage Structure: Usually, it adopts a multi-layer structure,
generally consisting of 2 to 4 layers. Each layer's partition can
be lifted and lowered as a whole through the hydraulic lifting
system, facilitating the loading of pigs of different sizes in
separate layers.
- Pig Cage Design: The pig cages are made of metal frame structure,
which is sturdy and durable. The spacing of the cages is designed
to ensure the activity space of pigs while preventing them from
escaping. Some pig cages on transport vehicles can be flipped or
folded, making it convenient for loading and unloading pigs.
- Rear Structure: The rear part is usually equipped with a
hydraulic lifting tailboard. The tailboard can be opened on both
sides and can bear a weight of 1.5 to 2 tons, facilitating the
piglets to get on and off the vehicle by themselves.
