- Structural Design: The multi-layered vehicle adopts an
activity-based multi-layer grid design. The main frame is usually
made of angle steel and is treated with paint spraying, baking
paint or electro-galvanizing. The mesh is manufactured using wire
with diameters ranging from 2 to 12 millimeters, and the surface
treatment options include electroplated colored zinc and powder
coating. Generally, universal wheels are installed at the bottom
for easy movement. Some models are also equipped with braking
devices. Some multi-layer vehicles have springs or nitrogen gas
springs on both sides to make the folding and unfolding of the
flatbed more stable and lightweight.
